Only change needed for wisdom/treasure hunter titles is to make them both account based.

Why not? The title is a ridiculous grind already. A few other ways to get points won't exactly make it that much easier.

Not that I'm really against it.

But it should be done correctly. Skill tomes are a way to earn skills. And so, earning the skill should be the process to get the Wisdom point, not using the tome, and the points should be given retroactively.

That's barely 10% of the total of the Wisdom title.
